This Refund Policy applies to all subscriptions and purchases made on SSR AI.Today (the "Platform"), operated by Seller Success Room Pty Ltd. Payments are processed by Stripe Payments, which acts as our merchant of record.
1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all subscription plans. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial order date. After 30 days, subscription fees for the current billing period are non-refundable.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email support@sellersuccesshub.org with the subject line "Refund Request" and include the email associated with your purchase. Refunds are processed through Stripe to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days of approval.
3. Cancellations
You may cancel future renewals at any time from your account settings, which opens the secure Stripe billing portal. Cancellation stops further billing, and you will continue to have access to the Platform until the end of your current paid period.
4. Technical Issues
If a verified technical issue on our end prevents you from accessing core Platform features, please contact us first — we may resolve the issue, issue subscription credit, or, where appropriate, a refund.
5. Statutory Rights
This Policy does not affect your non-excludable rights under the Australian Consumer Lawor any equivalent consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
